Making some sense of it

Making some sense of it, as years have passed, now in great number I have come to see how important and quite special moments we have shared, have truly been. You need not wait till you are old and grey to say I love you, thank so very much. It means a lot to me. You have been there all along. When I think back to the times of joy, laughing so hard we couldn’t stop. Teasing with love and begging to stop. Shared a good cry or filling your glass with a smile in your eye. So precious and yet never spoken, we have but one, fleeting as it may be, it is in the moments we shared that I relish, in the midst of all the ash.

Today I tell you, it is with a softer heart that I for one have so enjoyed you, we might not always agree, but there has always been a shared smile, word, or hug that has meant the world to me.

When we stop doing the doing-ness of life and giving a pause to see what is, it is you and me friend, it is we.

You know who you are; yes it is you and you and you, it is we.

What do you say?

Surely, there are a few of you out there, that think something more is possible, than this. There is something that will brighten the day that will make known a joyful sound. To be, in the know is where you wanna go. When people begin their share, their what, might be possible, with her what might be possible and his what, might be possible then, we have got something going. Tell you what, lets give fear the week off. Lets breathe deep and give flight to what wants to happen.  You can always go back to this.   If you are playing Pass it On

Stop Beating Yourself Up

Stop Beating Yourself Up

Right this day, this moment, simply stop, beat yourself, up no more.
When we stop telling ourselves that we can’t, won’t or couldn’t we will then have an opportunity if we choose to begin, underlining the word begin, to see things differently, ourselves and others differently, the world differently.

When we cease the racket that is ever pervasive, and slow to a measure in time more conducive to the process of allowing.  When we allow, ourselves to aspire, to expand our being, our thinking, or doing, in ways that best realize the unique gift and talents we have to offer we will begin to realize why we are here.

The trap is to allow; most are constantly treading in the disallow using up energy, time and lives, disallowing one’s own greatness to shine.

It doesn’t have to be that way.
